Strategy Solutions uses OptionFinder (a wireless audience electronic polling system), to collect and tabulate group input (a handheld wireless keypad is used by each member). OptionFinder accommodates groups of 5 to 500 people). Using the OptionFinder software, we present questions or statements on a projection screen with a list of responses from which the participants choose. OptionFinder then instantly displays a graph of the response results.
This technology allows us to combine meeting results from different groups in order to gain a complete picture of a variety of opinions (even if everyone cannot attend the same meeting). OptionFinder allows a diverse group of people to know and understand others’ opinions while allowing a skilled facilitator guide a group to consensus.
