Scott Deutsch
Scott is a skilled marketing and creative professional with over 20 years of experience. He has worked primarily in the high-tech manufacturing world as a consultant, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Creative Director. During his career, Scott has been a leader in marketing products and services to a wide range of markets using all of the tools of the modern marketer including trade shows, advertising, direct mail, web, print materials, PR, and training.
Scott brings his industry knowledge and marketing expertise to clients seeking marketing planning and strategy, product rationalization, budgeting, and creative service consultation.
Prior to this position, Scott served as Manager, North America Marketing and Communications for Kennametal within a global marketing team. His accomplishments included streamlining product offerings and reducing redundancies, developed proposals and presentations, and supported the sales function. Prior positions included Creative Director and Graphic Designer for Extrude Hone, as well as Graphic Designer for Woodward & Lothrop in Washington, DC. Scott has had success working with Extrude Hone Corporation in Irwin, PA; Kennametal, Inc. in Latrobe, PA; The Ex One Company in Irwin, PA; and a number of other clients as an independent contractor.
Bill J. Flaherty, Jr.
Bill J. Flaherty, Jr. has almost 20 years of experience assisting manufacturing, health care and service organizations with the continuous improvement process and cultural change strategies in national and international markets. He serves on the health care and community health consulting team at Strategy Solutions.
Currently, William is working as a Long Range Planning Executive, where he directs the long range planning and development process to ensure the best use of organization resources in accordance with the objectives for growth and profitability. In this role, he prepares studies to assess the alignment of all areas of an organization and advises appropriate leadership regarding the results of these studies.
In the past, William worked as the Director of Business Consulting Services at Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. and as a Principal and Director of the Leadership and Organizational Development Division at American Innovative Management Group. His major accomplishments include assisting organizations in becoming more effective, efficient and competitive through leadership development and education, assisting clients with cultural change, assisting organizations with the strategic alignment of their business, designing production systems, and facilitating process improvements. He has also worked as a Division Director at the Diocese of Erie, a Diocesan Director for Youth Ministry, and a teacher, coach and administrator at Cathedral Prep High School.
William is a graduate of Gannon University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He also holds graduate degrees from Cornell University and Gannon University.
Anne Papinchak
Anne is a capacity builder; an experienced performance improvement consultant. She has led the development of international strategic planning, and has conducted international market assessments, strategy development and execution. Anne serves as a Baldrige examiner and was a Director of Performance Excellence at a two time manufacturing recipient of the national quality award. Prior to working at MEDRAD, Anne led Quality & Performance Improvement and Training departments for PNC Financial Services, and led a Talent Development Department at Arthur Andersen & Co, in St. Charles Illinois.
Anne is a direct contributor to the nonprofit sector. She has served as a United Way of Allegheny County Volunteer; consulting directly with the CEO and Board Chair on the redesign of funding allocation; resulting in a new outcome based system aligned with the needs of the community. She has served as a board member for the Westmoreland County Food Bank, VP and Governance Committee. She has led strategic planning retreats for The Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership, LifesWork and the American Diabetes Association.
As a performance improvement consultant with a passion for achieving stretch goals, she delivers successful results through assessment, the development and alignment of key outcomes, strategy, people, core processes, and systems. She is known for sustainable innovative results, on-time and within budget often through large cross-functional and global remote teams. Doug R. Rosensteel
Douglas R. Rosensteel, President of BHD Technologies, Inc. is an organizational consultant specializing in Executive Assistance and Business Process Improvement. Douglas has consulted in the Textile, Chemical, Healthcare, Metallurgical, Plastics, Travel, IT, Banking, Education, and Food industries. He served on the Board of the American Society for Quality, and cofounded the Council on Realizing Excellence in Management, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the management principles of Neoteric Leadership. In 1998, he founded the organizational consulting firm BHD Technologies, Inc. to help executives improve the performance of their organizations. Some of his clients include the West Penn Allegheny Health Care System, Redstone Highlands, Ventana USA, Education Management Corporation, Hanes Menswear, Hercules Incorporated, H.J.Heinz, Kennametal Inc. and PNC Bank. He is currently writing a self-help book for executives based on his work in executive assistance.
