The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh Community Needs Assessment

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is currently conducting a community needs assessment.  This assessment will help identify potential gaps in service delivery within the local community.  The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is committed to meeting the needs of the community and relies on community input.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey.  Your responses are anonymous.  Should you have any questions please contact Jacqui Lanagan from Strategy Solutions, Inc. at jacqui@getstrategy.com or 814-480-8000.  Thank you for your input!
You will be given a list of program/service needs which are broken down into various categories.  For each item please consider how much of a need you feel there is in the community for the program/service as well as the potential role The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh may have for each.  Again, please consider the community needs - even if you may not have a need for the respective program/service.
