Sharon Kuntz

Director, Organizational Development

 

As Director of Organizational Development (OD) for SSI, Sharon is responsible for providing leadership, project management, and client support for designing and implementing OD programs to enhance high performance in organizations; build organizational capacity to learn and operate effectively; shape the culture; create an environment that supports strategy and successful implementation of large scale change; and develop critical skills, knowledge and expertise for staff and management.

 

Sharon has over 25 years experience consulting nationally and internationally for both public and private sector organizations, including public utilities, municipalities and townships, the Internal Revenue Service, the Ohio Department of Transportation and numerous Fortune 500 companies.  Her background also includes extensive experience managing OD, Human Resources and training functions within organizations. 

 

For five consecutive years, Sharon’s clients received national awards for Outstanding Achievement by the American Society for Training and Development. The awards recognized achievement for work in the areas of employee development and organizational career development for the following clients: United Parcel Service (UPS), The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), The Boeing Company, Corning Incorporated, and Eastman Kodak. Corning Incorporated also received the Baldridge Award for excellence in areas of Human Resources. 

 

Additional professional experiences include presentations at numerous national and regional conferences. Sharon has also facilitated seminars for graduate students at The Polytechnical Institute of New York, Ohio State University, Wayne State University, Michigan; and Wright State University, Ohio.
