Lori Engott-Spaulding

Lori is an integral member of the Strategy Solutions, Inc. team. With over 20 years of experience in the industrial, non-profit and health care fields, Lori has a proven track record in the areas of operations research, financial and budget analysis, technical writing, organizational behavior, and a wide range of market research topics. Lori is also certified by RIVA as a focus group facilitator. With primary experience in health care and government, she has also completed projects within the steel and plastics industries.

A graduate of the University of West Virginia College Of Engineering Sciences with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Lori has earned credits toward a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. As part of her MBA/MPA international studies course work, Lori has completed cultural immersion training in the Canadian province of Ontario.

Committed to a philosophy of self-improvement and learning, Lori has completed focus group facilitation training with RIVA, advanced training in quality management techniques with the George Washington University Continuing Engineering Education Program, and has completed the American Marketing Association’s School of Market Research at Notre Dame University.

Equally committed to community service, Lori is particularly active in various youth oriented nonprofits serving in a variety of leadership capacities projects. Lori is listed in the 2007 Strathmore's Who's Who of American Business Professionals.
